The most amazing experience! The food in every course was so unique and absolutely delicious. Jethro seamlessly fit in and interacted with us to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere (I think the kitchen was cleaner when he left!).
Will definitely be doing this again and 100% recommend - totally worth it!

We provide our fine dining experiences all the way from Noosa to Brisbane. If you're unsure if we deliver to your specific location, give us a call.
What if I need to cancel my event?
No one likes to cancel an event and we will always work with you to try and secure another date when Chef Jethro can cook for you. If you do need to cancel your deposit is non-refundable. If we are able to secure another booking for your date, then we will refund your deposit.
We understand that it may sometimes be necessary to change the date of your booking. Before 48 hours prior to your event, your deposit can be moved to a future date without penalty.
Menus are created on a seasonal basis and may differ from the sample menus on the website. Your menu will be sent to you 7 days prior to your event. Dietary requirements can be catered for and must be provided before the final menu is sent to you. The menu is a chef's choice and your party will all receive the same menu, with the exception of those with specified dietary requirements. Changes of mind regarding preferences will not be accommodated on the night.
Director and founder of Copedo Culinary Experience, Chef Jethro started his career at 16 years old and has been cooking up creative and delicious dishes on the Sunshine Coast for the past 15 years. Choosing to work within the finest restaurants on the Sunshine Coast he has been able to refine his kitchen skills to become the highly regarded chef he is today.
Chef Jethro holds a deep passion for delivering high standard dishes that everyone can enjoy and will create the exceptional dining experience within a familiar table setting. He implements strict quality control to ensure that his food is safe to eat and adheres to all food safety regulations, and is always looking for opportunities to further develop his skills.

Specialising in Asian Fine Dining
Chef Jethro has had extensive experience with Asian influenced dishes, including 4.5 years with sought after restaurant and cooking school The Spirit House, here on the coast.
He was able to further develop skills with a Thai influence, was required to produce the daily specials and often create dishes for food magazine shoots also.
Throughout his time with the Spirit House family, he traveled with other team members to Thailand to experience and learn more about Thai street food and culture.

Jethro prepared a delicious meal for a special family occasion. He incorporated two very limited diets into the meal shared by everyone. Each dish had phenomenal flavours balanced and presented masterfully. He was cool in the kitchen despite being surrounded by the chaos of 6 kids under five and 3 begging sight hounds.

We had an amazing experience provided by Jethro for 12 woman for a hens party. The food was incredible and he was so professional.

What will the menu be for my event?
Children under 12 can be catered for with mains and desserts for $50 per person. Children's meals must be booked at time of booking.
Once we have decided on your date and number of courses a 25% deposit of the quoted amount is required within 48 hours. Once received your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable.
